Sponsorship - SDIT - Sapele
My name is Sapele, which is a type of wood from Africa. I’m a 19 week old Golden Lab from the Matt’s Woods litter. My siblings and I are all named after different kinds of lumber in honor of a volunteer who liked to do woodworking projects. I’m very good at the sit command and I am learning other things like down and shake. I’m going to start going to school with my volunteer trainer next month. I can wait to meet all the new people! Will you help me train to be a Service Dog by being my sponsor?
Did you know it costs $40,000 to raise, train, and place a service dog? Sponsorships cover regular, recurring costs like monthly heartworm preventatives and food, as well as other expenses like vests in many sizes as they grow, veterinary care, and training expenses. Each dog needs 8-10 sponsors like you on their journey to help with the resources they need to grow from puppy to placement.
For a limited time only, join the SDIT sponsorship team for just $1,000. Your sponsorship will cover 12 months of support for a puppy in our program. You will receive monthly updates and photos of your puppy. If your puppy graduates the program (by becoming a service dog, being promoted to future mama or papa, or picks the fabulous flunky path), we will find another puppy to complete your sponsorship year! If your puppy does not complete the program during your sponsorship year, we would love to have you join us for continued sponsorship, but we will be sure to let you know when your puppy has completed their time in the program.
Thank you for considering a Service Dog in Training Sponsorship on your journey to support 4 Paws for Ability today!
